Halo, and Gears of War are able to make backwards compatibility, but not Forza. It has been over a year since backwards compatibility was announced, and Forza is still not on the list with the exception of Forza Horizon 1 which got de-listed afterwards. Plus, this is a first party Microsoft franchise so there is no excuse for this to be the case. But unfortunately that is not the case however, that only a selected handful of games are backwards compatible while Forza Motorsport 2, 3, and 4 are still not on the list, and Turn 10 nor Microsoft has given any insight if they will or not. Now when I've heard of Xbox One's backwards compatibility, I had my hopes that I can finally play Forza 4 on my Xbox One.
